Hello and welcome you all! These guidelines are important so please read carefully. If you have any questions about these requirements, feel free to chat/text/call for a better understanding & always read the service details.

 

Deposits:

• Please advised that the deposit/ booking retainer will not be refunded to you under any circumstances. Please ensure appointment fits within your schedule prior to booking. 

• If an appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, there is a 1 month hold on your deposit that was made at the original booking time.

• A new deposit is required after one month hold has lapse.

• Please give 24 hours in advance for reschedules or cancellations.

Travel Fee: To travel to you it would be an upcharge of $50 in S.C. In other states like N.C  or G.A I am only mobile, the pricing depends on the mileage that I will have to travel.

Weekend Fee: This is for my clients that cannot book during the weekdays for braids or any service that is longer than 5hrs. If you book on Saturday it is a $50 up-charge along with the service price.

Late Fees: 

Please arrive on time! Being late doesn't only inconvenience the time available for you, but my schedule and other clients as well. 

• $20 applied to balance for 15 minutes late

(Please send a late notification via call/text as soon as possible)

• More than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and charged as a no call/no show. Your deposit will be nonrefundable.

NO CALLS/NO SHOWS (important):

Unfortunately, for no calls/shows, your deposit will not be returned or transferred to another service. You will have to make another deposit for your next/another appointment.

Seating:

• Clients with scheduled appointments ONLY allowed entrance.

Important Additional Information:

NEW KID CLIENTS ARE ACCEPTED AT THE AGE OF 8 & UP

• Hair should be thoroughly cleaned & de-tangled. Please no oils, grease or any product a at all on you hair or scalp before service. 

• Weave will not be included in any adult styles and some kids styles, ALWAYS read the service description.

• Please DO NOT put a relaxer in your hair prior to getting braids this will cause irritation and your scalp may be too sensitive for braids.
